Acknowledgement
The Melbourne Smashers Badminton Club acknowledges the people of the eastern Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we play and conduct our club.
We recognise their continuing connection to the land, its waters, and culture, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
Welcome to Melbourne Smashers!
We are a diverse and friendly LGBTQI+ badminton club based at Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) at Albert Park.
With over 300 members, we are one of Melbourne’s largest LGBTQI+ sporting clubs, and also one of the largest badminton clubs in Victoria.
We pride ourselves on being welcoming and inclusive, with an active social calendar alongside our badminton sessions.

Membership
Our membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December
and costs just $50 for 2025 Membership

Playing Calendar
We play Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday & select Saturdays but please refer to our calendar for any changes.
Playing Sessions
We run 3 regular sessions during the week, Tuesday & Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
If there are any changes to court availability, these will be published on our Facebook Page and our calendar.
